Ingredients

  • 15 g flavoured whey protein powder (vanilla or any flavour you have)
  • 150 g Fat Free Greek yogurt
  • 10 g chocolate
  • 15 g puffed rice cereal (or rice crispies/any cereal you like if you can't get them)

Instructions

  • Add the fat free Greek yogurt to a bowl and stir in they whey protein powder until smooth.
  • Stir in the puffed rice until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a serving dish.
  • Melt your square of chocolate in the microwave and drizzle it on top.
  • Pop it in the fridge until you are ready to eat it.
